activated the one that came first but still no TC. put through a transaction late last week. will need to chase for the TC I feel.Let us know if you have double travel credits and no annual fee for both of your Reserve cards.

Edge could be used as the companion card and the fee is waived.

I recall having this issue, I gave up, tried again 24 hours later and had success. Did nothing different.Anyone else with a Platinum Charge and Explorer having difficulty applying for the Platinum Reserve online? Every time I try to apply online, it says that I am already enjoying the benefits of the card.
I have made 2 calls through Platinum Concierge and they have been quite unhelpful. The first person said they'll provide me with a link to apply for it. It was the exact same companion link I've been using. The second person said they'll call me back at a specified time and they never did.
Interesting that it fixed itself for you. I've tried clearing cache and cookies and the link still doesn't work. Even those provided by the chat reps.
