In very much Coles tradition - Coles have just begun a new quirky, humorous marketing campaign of their Flybuys Loyalty program. I personally loved the campaign, and no doubt targets a demographic of consumer that is likely to be least engaged in the flybuys loyalty program. Although no doubt others will hate it - much like the successful but polarising “ Down Down “ campaigns.
Somehow I can’t see Qantas tapping an agency with a copycat campaign though.

What on earth did I just watch? 😂

Certainly a bold new direction for flybuys. Personally I'm not a huge fan - perhaps I'm not the target demographic? 🤷‍♂️

The campaign doesn't impress me but I'm guessing I'm not part of the demographic either. It is fairly light on detail as to how to use points and gain more benefits. I've got my own games for flybuys. I don't need an advertising promotion like this. The characters in the ad are too over the top to have credibility, in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. Just for clarification, Flybuys is jointly owned by Wesfarmers and Coles, and this campaign was not developed or created by Coles, but within the Flybuys team (which operates independently).
