Could Velocity Rewards' Customer Service be Any Worse???

I am quite shocked how the OP has been flamed...

He/she has the right to vent, get pee'd off or whatever, yet there has been a couple of posts here that are ordinary and in my opinion breach this sites T&C.

I got in infringement on this site for calling the reporter Mr. Sandilands a tool - a reporter who writes to newspapers and media where you can post and call him a tool with no recourse - yet here, the rules are a lot tighter, which I don't disagree with.

Calling the OP insane for example is a lot worse than me calling a reporter a tool - it is a personal attack - IMHO!

I think apologies to the OP are in order from a couple of posters on this thread.

Mr!

If you read my post, I was not insulting the OP directly, rather I stated "Insane, Much" which would indicate that the concept of his tirade was insane, not he was insane.

It started with a complaint about the whole Gold Status thing. But the way they handled the complaint ended up way worse than the original situation. So bad, that I created the VelocitySucks blog on Wordpress - VelocitySucks / wordpress / com.

You seem to have put in an inordinate amount of time and resources to vent regarding this supposed slight against you by Velocity Rewards.

To answer your question:

Yes it could be worse, but I don't think it's all that bad at the moment.

Definition of "tool" from the Urban Dictionary : One who lacks the mental capacity to know he is being used. A fool. A cretin. Characterized by low intelligence and/or self-steem.

No wonder you got an infringement notice - your flattery of KS offended the gentle members of this site. Next you will be calling Piers Akerman a tabloid journalist and that will seal your fate.
