3) Test result of 26/12 with a date error

4) a real test of 16/12 using a super high test number created on 16/12

Not a legal eagle, but I would expect not, unless there is evidence of Djokovic personally contributed to the alleged State-based/testing facility-based/public health authority-based fraud.

Presumably he swore the test result into evidence in his affidavit. If it is shown to be false and evidence can be produced to show he knew it to be false then he has perjured himself.

Difficulty will be proving he knew it to be false when he swore the affidavit.
