Credit Card with the best reward earn rate - non amex

With Commonwealth lowering their earn rate on MC, and QF frustrating me with their increasing fuel fines I'm looking at a switch in my CC mix.

Ideally looking for a low-fee Visa/MC to supplement a AMEX Platinum Edge (for when it's not accepted....about 90% of my spend goes to AMEX)

Is Citi the best non-QF earner that I can warehouse points in?

I went into HSBC the other day as my hubby and I decided on the HSBC QF MC, and as it turns out, if you are linked with any of their corporate partners you get a reduction in the annual fee from $199 to $99 which makes it a lot more palatable. I work for the Government so have a GESB super which is a corporate partner... not bad then for $99 per year:
1 point per $1 spend in Australia
2 points per $1 spent overseas (albeit with a pesky overseas transaction fee)
travel insurance/ purchase protection etc
2 x tickets for QF club lounge per year (we only travel J on the big international flights that I use rewards to get, so great for domestic travel for us).

Just in case people didn't know they were eligible for a discount!

How do you find out who their corporate partners are?

The best is just to ask either in store or phone their customer service, my company is their corporate partner, and we have a link for HSBS to access their special offer.
