Credit cards with 6 mth travel insurance?

Hi there
I’m going on an extended trip for 5 months, and my Citi Card only covers me for 3 months. Does anyone know of a good value card (no foreign transaction fees, low annual fee, 55 days interest free) that does 6 months? The Bendigo Bank one, for eg is great value but only has 3 months travel insurance per trip.
I know some of the CBA ones do, but I think they are only 44 days interest free.

Consider purchasing Travel insurance for the duration of the trip required. The value, if you look, is good.

Amex has competitive cards with travel insurance for an annual fee. Inclusive of priority one membership and loyalty programs, certain hotel chains.

The CBA Ultimate is fee free if you spend $4000 a month and covers up to 12 months if I've read the PDS correctly. The CBA Smart Awards is fee free if you around $2000 a month, also covers you for 12 months. Both have no foreign currency fees and use the official Mastercard rate.

St George Amplify has travel insurance for 6-month trips on their top-tiers cards. But you need to check whether any pre-existing health issues are covered. But card includes 3% foreign transaction fee IIRC.

Yes both Ultimate and Smart Awards cards are only up to 44 days interest free.
