Tossing up between the risks of anyone on board having it (smaller population on a river boat, none in the country reported so far) against if someone does have it, what the "isolation" and medical facilities in Egypt would be like?

I imagine that it’s life as usual onboard but with no porting, except for Diamond, but as every cabin has been in isolation then there is no mingling to get a group thing happening. I’d expect everyone understands the situation.
They knew at the beginning of this that there were 260+ people showing evidence of the illness so they had already potentially started on the disease process.

The collective mood aboard the stricken Diamond Princess luxury cruiseliner has darkened.
Only the 61 people who have contracted coronavirus have been allowed to disembark, leaving the remaining 3650 increasingly frustrated passengers in limbo.
Brisbane couple Carole and John Welch admit they are “battling”, and can see others on-board becoming deeply anxious.
