I wonder if they've changed their policy (or I misunderstood it!) for refunds/credits of foreign amounts.
Here's two transactions a day apart:
REFUND: (Day 1) - This was a refund of part of a charge originally made.

I don't know if they "reversed" the refund, or issued it as a separate charge. (Basically I was refunded an amount by a merchant incorrectly, so they recharged my card for the amount).
The figures above should have been different, not identical if the currency conversion fee was being charged for both (It appears to have been 'credited' to the refund rather than 'debited' from the refund)
