First morning visit to SYD F lounge for me (has always been arvo or night previously).

Signature Breakfast



All day menu is more my jam and whilst it starts at 11am I've opted to take the spa appointment offered instead, given slow service this morning and needing to head to gate about 11:40am.

Unfortunately next F lounge visit will also be at Breakfast.

I must have left as you arrived; I’m on QF81 to SIN, this morning.

Service was friendly in our section, but multiple misses and issues with the plates delivered. I still get annoyed when staff take orders by memory - do people really think it’s impressive not to need a notepad? IME it rarely works out 100% when it’s more than one person, or with special requests.

That said - corn fritters were very nice, as always!

When we were in the MEL lounge on Monday they had little slips with all the menu items printed on them, so they could tick/number which items were ordered.

I did. First class last year I ordered sashmimi and got the squid instead haha I didn’t bother ordering it again.

Given there is still a whole month of summer left and menus also usually lag official change of by a couple of weeks doubt these are available.
