Customise VA award seat through EY?

Hi All,

Does anyone know whether an award seat redeemed through VA on a EY codeshare can then be customised through the EY website? Ie. I'd like to pick seats etc..

Yes. You need the EY booking ref (PNR, that 6 letter and number code) which differs from your VA booking ref. Ring VA to get it.
