CX bookings now showing in QF MMB

I logged into QFF this morning an noticed my CX bookings (booked on cathaypacific.com) are now showing in Qantas MMB. I guess this is a nice side affect of them moving GDS.
 
No sign for my CX booking. Are those CX bookings on CX? I am just waiting to get an AMADEUS ref for the bookings to put them into the myflights app.
 
Since this morning mine are showing up as well. All booked directly with CX on CX metal.

Mine are up as well.
Can also change seat allocation on the first leg of an ex-TPE trip but not the others.

Cathy MMB is still down - was originally 8pm on the 12th, then 8pm on the 13th, now no target
so suggests the migration is not exactly going smoothly!
 
Any chance this means we might get better CX award availability through the QFF site?

Have had such varied experiences with booking QFF awards of CX, even at similar seasonal periods across different years - from having wide availability at a week out, to absolutely nothing on either CX or QF several months prior.
 
No for domestic AA bookings.
AA uses Sabre which doesn't talk well with Amadeus

You will generally only see AA interlinking segments on multi-segment/ RTW fares (eg where a LAX-DFW segment is tagged to a SYD-LAX segment) but wont see the remainder of the flights.

Mine also show and the reverse applies as well - QF and BA bookings show on the CX MMB page.
 
OK - I have my AMADEUS ref for my CX booking but QF can't find it - I think because it hasn't been ticketed...
 
I know it isn't ticketed. Hence I could get it into myflights. No worries about the QF site though just wondering why it didnt come up for me.

Perhaps a silly question. But is your Qantas frequent flyer number in the booking?

Yep sure is. It is now ticketed and I can't even add it through manage my bookings (on QF). It is no biggie as it is in my myflights APP and I might be dumping tripit now...
 
does this enable seat selection on CX flights via Qantas MMB?

It shows the select seats button. But at the moment it generates an error.
