Just returned on a flight from CDG with CX and was treated, in my opinion, awfully by the CX check in staff who blamed me for the flight being over booked amongst other things. Anyway, I want to write to CX about it because I generally enjoy their service and was shocked to be treated and spoken to in this fashion when I was returning home for a family emergency and was stressed enough as it was. Anyone had any dealings with CX customer relations and are they responsive or would I just be wasting my time?

My experience with CX customer relations has been terrible.

They took months to respond to my issue. When they did respond they confused some basic facts, when I then pointed this out to them I received another response months later, at which time they had obviously totally confused my issue with someone else's issue, so I just gave up.

Hmmm... That sounds like CDG in general!

I might give it a go.

CDG was awful generally but the CX check in was over the top (I think it was being run by AA).

Will let you know if I get a reply.
