Yes I'm having the same problem.Looking to book MNL-EDI-MNL for 2 in August23. Prior to 17AUG23 I could select Edinburgh as the destination however now the destination box does not accept either Edinburgh or EDI.
Same thing is happening with other combos as well eg MNL-SFO.
Has anyone experienced this? I’m hoping it’s just a glitch and not a permanent feature of the “new” system.

Thank you - was trying to make sure we hit the 1200 status credits to re-qualify without having to do a run to top up.I believe it's 120 for first leg, 160 for the second as neither leg is in direct QF competition

They are really taking their time. More than a month and some basic functions still not working properly.Looks like there are lots of teething problem. Since Hong Kong is not open for business yet, CX must be taking their time to fix them.
I lodged a complaint on the CX website on 18 Sep and I got a call from the today. I showed them the problem of not being able to book flights that do not originate from HKG, they were surprised and said they will talk to the IT department and get it fixed. Hopefully soon as I need to book a few trips for Oct and Nov.
I’ve had a good play around with various routes and it would appear that the issues I saw have been corrected for the combos I looked at.Really looking forward to their response.
I’m looking at MNL-FCO and other flights but the drop down menu does not allow a lot of common destinations
which are available on the BA site.
Hope they can sort this as I find AsiaMiles still have good value.
I have the same and went to WhatsApp and complete failure to do anything and then went to a site for feedback and while i was saying its useless they cut me off meaning they are monitoring live feed back.. wonder mainland morons have taken control of one of the best airlines in this region..now i cannot use app or main web..My account has now been locked. I’ve called multiple times and have been disconnected at 20 minutes hold time.
I’ve also tried WhatsApp but gave up after 19 hours. I hope CX sorts this out…
