CX The Wing Champagne Lounge

The cabanas are bigger than the whole apartment I used to rent in London. What an oasis when transitting.

If it had been me, I would have just stood up and walked away to a far corner ...or, ask to go to a cabana instead.

The mooted response (breaking w....) is, with respect, bereft of class which would place you on the same plane as the slurper.

AFAIK, there is no sign inhibiting noodle (or slurping) in the lounge.

Well, maybe you are right. The QP at HBA is much the same as The Wing, as is any lounge in the USA. Ive certainly had better party pies at the QP dom J lounge in SYD. And better hot dogs in the Koru Club at MEL.

Sigh. We are spoiled aren't we? Champagne, fine dining with a la carte options, cabanas as big as a living room.... Every where we go, from Port Hedland to CGD and every lounge in between.

LOL! Humour noted.

We are all different. I get bored very easily. Things like champagne, cabanas do nothing for me.

P.S. I wouldn't be spending 6-7 hours in HKG lounges in June if not for the company.

SLURP ......... SLURP ......... SLURP .......... - god the slurping in Champagne Bar in Wing never stops - ON and ON - wait a minute - thats me SLURPING this time - delicious too - and whilst it may only be 16:23 HK:

It is actually 19:23 MEL - perfect time for a coughtail - and I am only one currently working the champagne bar - note glass bottom right?

Moral to Story - Totally disregard the occasional SLURP you might hear in CB in Wing - might just be a tired weary traveller attempting to re-charge his onboard battery
