Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Reserve Wines - Bec Hardy Wines

Code for 50% off will be LF50%OFF

I've been given early access - 24 hours before it goes live elsewhere. I asked if I could share here, and received the go ahead.

I grabbed a 6L Magnum for $205, I was told it'll cellar for up to 15 years.
Pertaringa Over the Top Shiraz 2017, I believe has been on sale for $20 previously(One of those hidden label deals). I guess it would be $160 vs $205.

Easy choice for me, I don't own a 6L Magnum and this is a great price.

Enjoy
Thanks!
I didn't need a 3L bottle. but I didn't not need one enough to pass :)

Glad everyones digging the deal 👌

I bought the 6L, because it's simply a ridiculous price. It's one of those bottles you open at 40rh, or 50th etc.
Agree. I got multiple of each.

Paid by Paypal and got this message:

It's happened twice in the last week to me, including for the 6L but it was approved 4-5 hours later.

How does a 6L go as carry-on luggage?
Was rejected for me at Adelaide domestic airport about 3 years ago. They gave me some BS about being over the maximum allowed liquid level. I had to beg Qantas for some sort of container to put it into cargo on my flight. Surprisingly it survived.

Only equiv to 8 btls / about six kg, limit is 7kg I think so prob not a problem🤔

(Just need to be ready leave it behind if you have an emergency landing o_O)
There's a fair bit of glass weight in a bigger bottle.

This lists 21 pounds or about 9KG for an imperial:

It’s changed now. Domestic liquid carry on limit used to be 4 or 4.5 litres. There’s no limit now. I’ve carried on over 10 bottles a few times. My record is 21 bottles carry on. The jig is up if they decide to weigh the bag though……

Now… the hardest part - finding someone in Brisbane to drink and appreciate with…
I have the same problem, Most of my friends think a great wine, is any Marlborough Sav under $15

I Recently came back to Brisbane from Tasmania. I had 6.5kg on the way down and returned with about 4 beers and 2 bottles of wine in the bag. I weighed it when i returned at 12.6kg.
