Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Just got back from the Langtons warehouse sale. I have attached a list of all products on sale. It was worth the 40 odd minute drive over. I picked up some Shadrack at $50, some good Pinot Noir, a pack of Heathcote Estate 2016 shiraz at $30 a bottle, and a Greenock Creek pack. Had to hold back a little with the wife already having spoken to be about other recent wine purchases.

Thanks for the list. A quick look seems not so much attracted my attention. Maybe pick up the Petaluma Evan if they have it on sale online tomorrow.

Went in the afternoon. Good time to go. Very quiet. Tasting was very disappointing compared to previous offerings.

The 5 x 2015 Voyager estate Cab Merlot ($80 currently) + 1 × 2020 Diana Madeline for $250 seems the best value.

Mayer Close Planted Pinot and Domaine Naturaliste Artus Chardy on modest discount.

The magnum of 2019 Chateau Batailley for $154 also may interest.

Brunello was a great discovery for me last year as I was in Montalcino. Really love this wine! I visited Talenti and was guided by the owner/winemaker. We chatted with him for nearly two hours. Great experience and fantastic wines!!!

30% off or $69 is/would be great, but besides an $85 member offer last year, Dan's have always sold it for $99.99 afaik, not the $135 elsewhere

nice :)

Just to let people know, the GWD prices are all over the place. Colonial Estate Exile used to be $30/ bottle and as cheap as $25/ bottle at the end of vintage clearance. Today it is $60/ bottle.

John Duval Entity is indeed good value from GWD. However order once from them and they are the most persistent direct marketing wine store in Australia. How many times will your phone show a call from Nambour in Qld over the next 12 months? More than the 25% discount is worth in my opinion.
