my ability to recognise labels is not good.

I'm pretty confident it is the St Hallett Reward.

That's based on the description (particularly the reference in the email to Vintage Cellars having it at $34.99) and Halliday score / drinking window rather than the label.

I'm guessing St Hallett The Reward. Vinomofo had this as a black market deal last year for $12/bottle. I guess they're still trying to offload it.

Good point! They threw me last year with the obscured picture of the Heggies riesling, since the colour of the capsule had changed from one vintage to the next

jeza, worth noting that this is 10 hours only - starting at 10am Sydney time.

At under $10 (with the available discounts), for the 2010, this is a fair buy.

As it's click and collect, I'm in for a couple of bottles. From my experience this wine usually cellars for 10 years or more.

Thanks for the heads up...in for 3 . I used to drink this decades ago and it used to be very good then.

I thought I would think Outside the Circle and grab another cabernet.

Hopefully this Barwang will make my day with my hard earned pay at another Cabernet play. Just go away.

Picked up an hour ago (click and collect). Less than 4 hrs after buying online. Only had to buy 1 bottle to get the cheap price. Given all the problems that I've had with courier deliveries from places like Vinomofo, this is what will keep be coming back to Dan's.

never previously asked, but what have been your returns to the fo? and anywhere else?

also, if your memory goes back to some dodgy solicitors office in early January.....how did the 08 compare with your 02 last weekend ? I never did tell you but I followed your exit on the main drag,lost you quickly, kept walking , found martin place and all that was the wrong direction. I finally got to the ibis about 1.30 odd.

I got to the train station and contrary to the website info it was closed so had to take a cab to Potts Point

Since joining the Fo nominally 18 months ago I've returned some Rymill June Trainor, the Glenlofty Cab Sauv, the StHallett Cab Sauv and the McGuigan The Short List GSM to the FO. Never returned any to other retailers.

The Cullen 02 ratings are not as good as the 08 (looking retrospectively) but I rated it higher than the 08 - I was able to let the 02 breath for a few hours and I was a bit numb after the events of the previous few days so maybe my opinion was a bit skewed.

I'm cool with that it being Forest Hill - I speculatively ordered a case on the back of the JH95. Am a fan of the Forest Hill Block 9 shiraz, so hopefully their Chardonnay is as likeable!
