Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

With the usual 10% off at AusCellardoor (search or pm me for code), both Moss Wood and Cullen Diana are $103.41 delivered in six packs :)

2015 Cullen now available at the same price, along with Leeuwin Estate Art Series Chardonnay 2014 for $85.41 :)

You're telling me you wouldn't scoop up any of these? (my list)

Sorry but no - perhaps like @Wozza and others, due to space/time/money issues, it's quality over value now more than ever :)

Fair enough, I can respect that.

is this;
Hi Steady, an extraspecial, ridiculously good value treat on offer today. A beast of a McLarenVale Shiraz that retails for $70 - for just $20! Yes, this one has been onoffer before... you know what it is... and you know it's good... real good...grab 2 x 6 packs for FREE FREIGHT!

This?

Are there any discounts available for winedirect?

Not really a discount code, but I noticed on the site today that there are 10 Commonwealth Bank Awards points per $1 spent at wine direct starting today

Vase Felix is not one of my favourites. I thought they tossed too many green grapes into the mix so I stopped buying that one.
Tell me they have fixed that issue and I will try a new one.

Vase Felix is on my do not buy list. Has been that way since a cellar door visit about 3 years ago. Very underwhelmed.

Well CE I am waiting for your call to that BBQ. We are leaving London shortly so it's almost Krug time.
Let me know that VF have fixed their red and I will come and visit MEL. I had a dozen VF from a birthday that I struggled with but I guess I should move on.
You probably realize Citi left me with way too many VA points so I have to burn them off somehow.
My picks are still Diana Madeline and Moss Wood and I am ok now with Hill Of Grace (ten years after two corks failed).
I do carry a grudge for a decade but after that I am ok.

20% off Graysonline and Winemarket with cracka20 code. Gladstones 2014 @ $49 and Abercrombie 2012 @ $70 at Grays. You can't stack with these deals though.
Houghton Wisdom CS 2011 for $100 a 6er delivered with this code.

Summer Hill Wine Shop have Standish’s 2015 Lamella and Schubert Theorem shirazes, both rated 97pts by Gary Walsh, as well as The Standish (96pts) for $95 - ask Cloudwine or My Wine Guy to price-match for free delivery :)

MWG also have 2014 Wildside by Evans & Tate Great Southern Pinot Noir for $13.99 - no idea about quality, but of course they'll refund if you don't like it

It's $95/bottle direct from Standish (with free freight). Just sign up for the mailing list. Given it's no more expensive than elsewhere, buy direct.

That's what I did (twice now!).

It's satisfying to know that Dan Standish and his wife are the two man team behind these amazing wines, the ones processing and packing your order that arrives a day or two days later, with the money going directly to them.

I had great expectations for this wine which I bought with one of the $50 Cellarmasters vouchers from BillyTheFish but alas I thought it was really pretty mediocre, a bit thin and lacking in body and complexity, $100 for six is a great price but..... I got a store credit that I put towards a dozen 2015 Kilikanoon Mulga Shiraz, a complete shot in the dark for me but I found it surprisingly challenging to buy something in my price range and that was non-made for CM, will report back when it arrives.
