Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Decent price on the Filsell.
Also on the vasse felix on the same site. Until midnight I believe
The Filsell rrp is $44!!!??? Feeling like an old man now as I used to get it for around $20 (not so long ago thought...)

Unless I'm missing something, these are currently going for way below what they should be:

Chateau Y - Lur Saluces Sauternes 1977 (2x 750ml), Bordeaux

4 hrs to go - currently $42/bottle
Listed as a dessert wine - but this is a dry style - d'Yquem is the sticky.
No Warranty Applies

I have had some big disappointment with Grayonline: Wines that were very faulty and not drinkable. Never again for me but I do like Sauternes!
To not be only negative, Ii would recommend to check out some Monbazillac. Very similar to Sauternes but way cheaper as just outside the Bordeaux appellation.

Cheers. Auction is about to end but current price is 192/bottle. So any chance of a bargain is well gone. I'll have to check out Monbazillac

Did anyone else's gin purchases track on cashback? Mine was in calculating for ages and now is showing zero cashback for each transaction.
Mine did. The cb changed from initially tracking at full retail to dropping to % of actual paid but was paid yesterday. Someone a few pages back had the same issue as you and SB gave him some bs about an invalid discount code. Didn't hear if he was able to get this fixed

Edit
Was @SleepyPolarBear here:

Thanks. Mine were through shopback. Will chase them up.

For those who like Italian varietals, Grays has been flooded with the below for the last month or so. It is Heartland Sposa e Sposa, a Dolcetto/Langrein blend made with a bit of Aussie generosity to it. Ben Glaetzer is involved. Unlabled beacause it was due for export. Should be able to have it at your door for <$10/btl

First choice flyer in my mailbox advertising wynns bl cabernet 2 for $50 starting tomorrow. Can't see vintage from the pic.
Shopback currently 10% - hopefully remains in place tomorrow

This is now live on their website
2017 Wynns BL Cab 2 for $50
10% SB still current - total in cart shows $50 rather than full rrp so would expect this to track at $5 cashback.
for $22.50/bottle

There's also bonus Flybuys which showed as codes in the SB plugin so should stack

I had to submit claims as my 3 orders dropped to 'pending'. After about a week they fixed them up manually by shopback, as they appears as new tracked items (the old ones went through at $0) The code used was 100WINE, and was definitely on shopback site. All orders paid out yesterday

Grant Burge The Holy Trinity $14.25 in any 6 at First Choice

10% cashback from shopback brings it back to around $12.90?, or buy 7 to use FLASH1000 code aswell to get an extra 1000 Flybuys points
Thanks. Ordered a few bottles.
I also added a couple of the Haselgrove Twist Primitivo to the order coming in at $18/Btl. I'm not sure what has happened but its added a couple of extra bottles free in the cart. Have no idea why or even if they will be sent. Might be worth checking it out.

Interesting, the twist were previously on a 2 for 1 deal so maybe they left that switch on by mistake?

Edit: Seems to be the case, so after 10% cashback you are looking at just over $8 a bottle for the twist

"no longer for sale in its current state" Missed out by that much!

EDIT: After trying again it seems like their whole checkout is broken. The product is still available 2 for $30

I think it is broken if you have one of the Haselgrove in the cart.
My cart shows 0 items for a total of $17,952.80.

But I can’t view it to empty it.

My Gin cashbacks came through at the reduced rate. Not sure if coincidence, but the ones that rejected/$0'd were paid using gift cards and being looked at now. The gift bag "fillers" were also 0'd but no one really cares about those. I asked Cellarmasters for tax invoice and breakdown with code used, they left out the "code used" part. I get the feeling its not SBs fault, but rather Cellarmasters trying to squirm out of as many payouts as possible after their bean counters saw how huge that payables account was.

Also working on the Chapel Hill Abacus McLaren Vale GSM. Add 2 to the cart, and it will place 2 free, add 4 and 4 free and so on, plus the 40% off on top. From the info on the net these are most likely the 2012 vintage? Would come back at roughly $6 a bottle after 10% cashback. I have a dozen of the Twist (these are 2015) which are big and rich, but I've never tried the Abacus. Chapel Hill usually make a decent drop though, so may be worth a punt.

Edit: Chuck 6 in the cart (totals to 12) and it will give you free shipping on top.

I've had a few of the Abacus 2012 and my notes show I wasn't a fan.

Any other wines it’s working for? (Whites?)

If only we had a list of the wines that were on the First Choice Bundle sale
