Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Yes.

Likely store specific.

Although I've tried 5 stores in different states and delivery but can't get the price showing for you.
May have just got to the bottom of it...

Looks like I received a $10 off $50 spend offer, which does ring a bell (may have been an email about a week ago). It's still a little weird that I can redeem the offer again (having already made an order) to receive 4 bottles for $23.98 (see cart in top right). T&C's clearly state that the offer is limited to one redemption.

TheSippery offer

Can stack with the $30 'sippery' dollars that should have went into account on preexisting accounts. Mind you, I usually just user the credits on the smaller 6 packs

Also, get $20 credit when you sign up with referral - Send me a PM with your name and email address if you need an invite

Has anyone any experience with GetWinesDirect? And can recommend any bargains? I received a $50 off $100 spend and want to see if anything is worth it. (Can pass on code after to see if generic)

Are the cleanskins an option maybe?

Don't give them your real phone number! I purchased nearly a year ago and still receiving cold calls despite asking to be taken off call list.

From my experience the cleanskins are unidentifiable & are of dubious value, since most of their budget labels are effectively 'made for' & are thus cleanskins by any other name.
The Colonial Estate & Monolith reds have been good Grenaches for me, but the rrp's are spurious. These are the only ones I'd consider.
They do sell real labels at their pricier end but may only be well priced with a discount code? 🤔
True they do call often but I never answer unknown numbers unless expected. They do persist (years) but it wastes more of their time than mine 😎
They do send SMS invitations for limited time only exclusive offers, but overall they don't represent real value.
So, maybe? Gosh I'm feeling decisive.

Cant tell you what's good at GWD in the lower bracket. Bit of hit and miss at times with their wines. I found the Colonial Mungo 17 pretty average (Might get better with age but will be marginal). More pricey Monolith are pretty good. What I do like about them is you can do a mix dozen. Choose 6 quaffers and grab 2 of each. Can you please PM me the code after your done and I might do the same?

I chose to never again buy from GWD back in 2011 after a bizarre long email exchange with Tony Sells. I didn't like the way they operated back then, maybe it's different now, but somehow I don't think so.

I used to buy from them many years ago when I first started the addiction which is online wine purchasing :). Hit and miss is certainly the case but if you latch onto something worthwhile and/or from a reputable winemaker then good things can happen, the Monolith is a case in point. I recently bought their 2017 Limb Reserve Shiraz having bought previous vintages and at around a tenner a bottle is a very decent quaffer, choose wisely....

So I picked up the Stonyfell today from my local Dan's. Turns out it is the 2018 vintage, which has better ratings than the 2017, so I decided to crack open a bottle. While it is still a little youthful, it's a great bottle for sub $10. Even better at $6.

Been meaning to post these - $920 / box after 30% discount + 18% SB

I did buy 1 box prior to these but SB refused to honour the 18% rebate as they claimed the code I used was not eligible - that box ended up about $1,120 - I had to go back for another couple licks to break the average back

Considering ive had 3 phone calls in the last 2 days because i left something in my cart, I think I can go without

Anyone have info on when the next 25% off wine at BWS is on?

They still have quite a few wines on clearance in my area - a few still have the World cup available along with this that popped up yesterday at one store:
