Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

I thought rule of thumb was wholesale price at around 50% rrp. Even allowing for possible lower for bigger customers i'm betting 15 is below cost for the blackwell
General rule of thumb is about 40%, unless it is an exclusive brand where you could get up to about 60%. Blackwell costs about $30 wholesale these days. Accolade wines have definitely increased their prices in the past year or so.

No one gets 80% on anything, dunno what Dr Ralph is on about.

BWS teusner righteous fg grenache $80, national wide.

the wine collective teusner righteous Mataro $70

Teusner Righteous FG Shiraz 2016 $708 6-pack

Free delivery at Langton's for the rest of today

thanks - especially good for those with the targeted AmEx offer - some suggestions:
The Sanglier is a regular on Vinomofo so maybe that’s why it’s not being bought.

$10 on Vinomofo as well? sorry but i generally don't visit them these days unless someone lets me know about a deal there

I'd bite at $60 for 6 bottles, not really sure what I would do with 12 bottles... especially if I didn't like it.

Rather pay $20 a bottle and grab some UZ truffle hound.

Actually Corbett... yeah okay will take the punt, thanks @qaz for helping me to continually fuel the economy...

if you didn't like it, then you could always return

yes, Sanglier is no more given Vanguardist

St Hallett Faith $11.50 a bottle for 3 hrs only at Cellar One. You do need to be a member:

Don't forget a referral link (mine or another's) if you aren't already a member - you get $20:

Using the $20 credit will bring this wine down to around $8.17 a bottle.

@Dr Ralph thanks!

Pretty sure is this:

Stonier 24 down to 10. My local has it had 40 down to 30. $16 difference is crazy

My local LL (BNE, QLD) has Stonier on “special” for $30. Pretty upset and was hoping to pick up a few for only 10 bucks. Are these localised specials common? Or might they In fact scan for a tenner?

LL in Townsville had St Hallett Lore of the Land Shiraz for $5.
It starts last Friday, it was $8 in my local store.

is the ticket showing $5? or just scanned at $5?
To my local store, the ticket shows $8.

Chandon vintage for $25pb at Vintage Cellars this weekend.

I don't love the NV Chandon but I reckon I prefer vintage Chandon over most big name french NV like Mumm and Moet.
Bought a bottle and had it last night. Neither of us enjoyed it, it was too yeasty.

TWC latest deal seems like a good one

$37.50 less $20 voucher and 8.8% CR

Wine was previously offered on 20th Sept via text at $45 a bottle ($30 off) but with free delivery. I didn't grab any but my mate did - says good $30-40 bottle.
