Suggest using cash rewards or shopback. Is there anywhere I can find more of the affiliate links for Cellarmasters? Or is there someone here who can generate them please? There's a few wines I'd like to get which would definitely benefit with a bigger discount.
Cheers.Sorry meant this that should work nicely with a $50 coupon
It worked for me yesterday with the code (even though I used cashrewards ).20% cash back at Cellarmasters with Shopback today. Doesn’t have the $50 off code listed so may not combine
It will often track and sometimes not get paid - no harm in giving it a crack provided the $50 off is better than the 20%It worked for me yesterday with the code (even though I used cashrewards ).
Personally I would go with Zinfandel/PrimitivoI couldn’t find a thread for this - what red wine would you buy to go with afghan food?
It caught my eye, so I ordered a 6-pack yesterday based on the Halliday review, but I won't be trying any for a few years.Any one tried this?
Couldn't really find any info apart from CM. Seems quite decent?
Farmilo Mclaren Vale Shiraz (6-pack) 2016
Made by previous Penfolds winemaker, Mike Farmilo, this medium-bodied wine serves up generous flavours of blackberry pie and sweet milk chocolate on a finish that lasts and lasts.www.cellarmasters.com.au
I was looking at it as well as my ears always prick up at a mention of a good McLaren Shiraz, however "this medium-bodied wine' phrase in the description stopped me in my tracks. It caught my eye, so I ordered a 6-pack yesterday based on the Halliday review, but I won't be trying any for a few years.

Any links to a JH review?

Sometimes it means very little. Daryl Groom is also a former Grange maker and you can get this from Naked Wines DRG Daryl Groom Barossa Shiraz 2019Mike Farmilo is a former maker of Penfolds Grange, St Henri and Bin 707 and twice winner of the Jimmy Watson Trophy
Hahaha I know, I was just putting some information out there.Sometimes it means very little. Daryl Groom is also a former Grange maker and you can get this from Naked Wines DRG Daryl Groom Barossa Shiraz 2019
If you think it bears any resemblance to Grange - you got another thing coming.
Thanks very much for the notes, perhaps not exactly my style of McLaren Vale shiraz as I prefer more fuller bodied expression of the variety, but sounds pretty good nevertheless."Very sophisticated and luxuriant packaging, the bottle, label and wax capsule all contributing. McLaren Vale is arguably best known for the generosity of its red wines, but this wine has a different personality, with finesse and lightness to its black and purple fruits, spices to the fore, and a touch of regional chocolate. Supple tannins seal the deal."
96 points, $50, drink to 2036
Ya, I was thinking it might be similar to Cordelia - another one they had.It caught my eye, so I ordered a 6-pack yesterday based on the Halliday review, but I won't be trying any for a few years.
I bought Cordelia from DM couple of years back as a secret deal $30 a bottle, still have a couple left. It is a quite rich plush and concentrated shiraz, would definitely get it if it was similar to Cordelia - funny enough the same wax enclosure.Ya, I was thinking it might be similar to Cordelia - another one they had.
