Delay in AMEX points posting?

Prior to Oct 1st and the change in MR points earning, I have been madly paying all my bills, taxes, insurance etc etc on both my AMEX Charge and Reserve cards but i have noticed that no MR points have posted for a week now...anyone else noticed the same?

I have been getting the base points, but zero bonus points ( for platinum reserve).

Still no points after a week...no one else affected?

edit: As I have a large no. of points pending, I have now raised a case with AMEX who are investigating...:shock:

Most recent point posting is from a 11th September transaction; only two transaction since, one on 14th and on Saturday. Both have posted to account but not points yet. Jury is still out.

I have had quite a few transactions that have not had the bonus points posting just 0

Not due to any refunds/credits/other adjustments either

Last set of points were posted to the account on 11 Sept 2012 for me.

Last points posted on 11 Sept 2012 here also. Bonus points on them all OK (came from Plat Charge). Transactions posted to card account since - around 8 transactions over different days.

Not sure if it had anything to with my phone call to AMEX yesterday, but all my outstanding points posted overnight...I have to say one of the best things about AMEX (for the Plat card anyway) is that you talk to an Australian call centre! Just a shame about the points earning change come Oct 1st and the travel insurance changes...

Points not updated correctly here still!

Commonwealth bank & Westpac have great call centres in Australia as well, both 24 hours per day!

That's for the Westpac SQ card and the Plat Comm bank Amex/MC combo

Mine as well. Bought a couple of tyres from Bob Jane T marts on the weekend, posted today.

How strange. I did not have any points posted for all my purchases in September. Had to call them and there did not appear to be any reason for the points not posting. Got my points posted within 24 hours of calling them.
