Hi Everyone

My review date is 30/4 to retain platinum and I am currently at 610 of the required 800 status credits. I have taken a return flight on Hawaiian that will get me over 800 but it hasn't posted and I now need to wait the required 4 weeks before submitting a claim. In this time I will drop to gold, how do I go about getting it corrected? Will it happen automatically?

Thanks
Nuthq

Its a 30 day wait before you can make a claim for Hawaiian flights?

Last time my husbands status dropped due to missing SC's, once the SCs were finally processed I emailed the Plat desk asking for a retro count back and provided flight dates and SC balances and said he would have been WP if they were processed in a timely manner.

They agreed within a day or so and his status was updated and he got an email with apologies and advising his status was back to WP.

Thanks Denali! I sent VA a tweet and they said I would need to wait 4 weeks before I could submit a claim. I just want to make sure I don't miss out!

I had 2 flights on SQ on 28th March that still haven't posted (VA Codeshare). My initial claim was rejected, so I sent boarding passes and eticket and was told that because the activity date will 28/3 that it will still count and that a correction will be made if it's not resolved by my review date (16/5).

I am of course expecting this to be a drawn out process and for to actively follow up with VA

It is only a 14 day wait to submit a missing points claims . Do you have any flights coming up where you will need to use your Plat benefits ? If so give them a call and explain the situation and email in the boarding passes and they can manually correct for you so you maintain.

note it does take up to 2 weeks for flights on HA to auto post - did you advise your number at check in and was it on the boarding pass ?

4 weeks ??? TBH do not bother sending a tweet to VA re a Velocity issue... That team has no idea about it .... they rather tell Mr West to EAD .........

Yes ensured velocity number was on all bookings and appeared on boarding passes. Have sent through boarding passes but told the wait time for HA is "longer than we would like" and can take up to 8 weeks. I'm on flights this month but still have one month review period, not sure what will happen after that.
