When I lodged a retro claim the system told me the points had already credited (they hadn't) hence the call.
Hope this helps. I'd recommend checking that, and calling if in the same situation.
Exactly what happenned to me, either someone has broken the entire SC and points earn or maybe it all being credited correctly but just not being displayed on the velocity web site. I wonder how long it will take the Velocity call centre to twig.....
