I very much like peppers as a chain!! And am yet to visit Tasmania but its on the list! Have an amazing holiday!
Thanks NZflygirl! There are some really good Peppers around and the one at Georgetown was one of them. I also really like the Peppers at Salt village on the far northern NSW Coast (Kingscliff). My big surprise for today is to be sitting in the exec lounge at HSW and no Mr & Mrs Straitman to be seen! I was thinking of taking a photo just to prove it's true!

LEO is below the Van Allen Belts ...., geomagnetically trapped particles are held at predictable altitudes corresponding to the Earth's magnetic dipole. These fields, known as the Van Allen belts, form an effective shield from incoming charged particles, and define the practical upper limit of LEO for human spaceflight. There is one geographically defined region
where the inner belt extends to a lower altitude owing to a misalignment of the Earth's geomagnetic dipole and the rotational axis about the gravitational centre. Passage through this region, known as the South Atlantic Anomaly, can account for 50 per cent of the radiation dose incurred during a given orbit depending on the shielding depth of the dose considered. At the 52° inclination of the ISS, the South Atlantic Anomaly passage is expected roughly ten times per day!

Sure did, went with Mrs Lime and a good friend who is a QF FA to Georges Paragon restaurant at Coolangatta for looooong lunch today, best Calamari I've ever tasted, Barramundi melted in the mouth, a brilliant feed, but they are still drinking back home but not me :)

Georges at Sanctuary Cove is another good spot to fill in a few leisurely hours!

I don't get people's fascination with Georges (have only been to one at Sanctuary Cove). They have a permanent 'half price' menu which doesn't make any sense. Ie they should just be the prices all the time. Service was very average and the seafood very average for the amount paid. Have had a lot better in Melbourne that's for sure.

How did you vote on the flag?

Would love to have but we moved and the paperwork was south of us but I hear the original won anyway. I guess I'm not opposed to a change but I felt the other flag with the silver fern more represented the sporting side NZ rather than NZ as a whole. Not that I'm against sports at all.

Ive heard other ideas tossed around like having a kiwi beating up a roo :p:p one of my bosses wanted Richie McCaw on the flag and for prime minister!! Sounded like fantasies of a bromance!

Changing addresses is on my jobs to do list...:-|

Have had a lot better in Melbourne that's for sure.

But I take it you were not in Melbourne whilst you were dining at Sanctuary Cove?? I've had a lot better barramundi straight out of the Daintree.....at Daintree, but that's not a whole lot of use when I'm not there. How about a comparison to another seafood restaurant on the Gold Coast, which would be just a little bit more relevant?

Haha. Can't say I have ventured to many restaurants on the Gold Coast so unfortunately I don't have a comparison to be made there.

Do you only ever compare restaurant quality to what is next door? I would have thought a decent restaurant is a decent restaurant regardless of where it is!
