Just arrived back from NAN. We flew Flexible airfares over and back.
On the way over BNE-NAN on pacific blue we hired DigEPlayers for the kids. $15 ea i think.

On the return we were given DigEPlayers, when I asked about the cost I was old that they give them out free with Flexible fares. I asked if this benefit was recently introduced (In the week between my flights) and was told that it had been like that for a month or so. Pacific blue had loaded 2 carts of Digiplayers on board.

They were very good for a short flight. Movies, TV, music, games etc....

But my question is..... Are these actually now part of a Flexible Fare? Only on Pacific Blue? or just one of those unpublished (Inconsistent) benefits?

Yes Flexi on Pacifc Blue you get them free, flexi on virgin you get free live2air (where fitted).

Good news Jack... Thanks... Is it stated anywhere:?:
When you book, you have saver, flexi and premium (premium soon to be business) when you put your mouse over flexi you get this(pacific blue this is from):

Thanks for the info.... a bit cross that i payed $30 on the flight over when i should have received them for free.....
It does say (where available) so maybe they didn't have any in stock or they sold out? But it does say where fitted/available in advance.

Given that malmacdowall was indeed able to pay $30 for use, I would suggest they were neither out of stock nor sold out.

malmacdowall, maybe you can get a refund.

New DigiPlayers were introduced early in July (all aircraft have been equipped), and are now standard procedure for our Flexi's to receive.

Malcolm, can i suggest that you submit through our website feedback form to have our team investigate and possibly refund what you paid.

Thanks

Sorry, not sure if I have posted in the right place.

We are looking to fly Sydney - Nadi early next year and are looking to fly business class.

Will Pacific Blue be offering a business class product on this service in the future as part of the one brand, I had read somewhere that they wer looking at a premium product / regional buisness class on soem routes?

Best Regards
