Thought I would post the menu and some photos of the food in case anyone is thinking about attending one of these events.
The menu was put together by the Head Chef at the Novotel Brisbane, the food was also prepared by the Novotel Brisbane kitchen. Each course was matched to a Dilmah tea.
Peter Kuruvita was a good host and provided plenty of information about the food and tea as well as telling some interesting stories. He sat at each of the tables for at least one course so he could speak to everybody.
We had a great time.
The event started with canapes and drinks (including champagne and coughtails) in the lobby bar.
