I've been watching my SC fairly closely as I've planned to hit Platinum in December with a carefully timed status run. I was caught in the Medibank hack and had a new number established- with a requirement to re-set up family pooling and other partner connections etc. I'm yet to do this because life=busy. On looking at my account today my SC balance has dropped by about 77 SC (unless I have really lost track of things) and I'm no longer on track for platinum. On a bit of a deeper dive I've gone back through a year of earned points to try and work out where I had gone wrong and it looks like SC I had previously gained via Family Pooling have dropped off my balance. I thought that has to be impossible, but then I went back and checked and sure enough, my partner had flown about 77 SC worth in the previous year.

In summary- I haven't reset up family pooling (yet) because my partner isn't flying anytime soon so I wasn't in a rush- but in the meantime it seems I have been stripped of previously earned SC via family pooling. Surely this can't be correct and must be an error right?! Has anybody seen anything like this before?!

Update: Spoke to a Velocity agent and without much leading of the witness she was able to quickly identify that as a result of the account change + the VA system maintenance the SC had gone back to my wife's account.... she is going to escalate to get them back for me! How strange, but good I guess that she was able to see the issue quickly.
