Discount DC card anywhere?

You should refer them to the relevant FAQ on their website which says:
A charge card is different to credit and debit cards in that there is no pre-set spending limit, and no interest as you pay your account balance in full with each statement. A Diners Club charge card allows you to manage your expenses and earn rich reward points, and gives you access to a wide range of features and benefits."
Or tell them to change it.

I'm well versed in dealing with financial institutions and have a greater level of procedural and product knowledge than most... I really struggle with anything to do with Citi in Australia however

There's a reason they're referred to as Sh@#ibank... When I lived in the US, it was almost like they actively didn't want to be bothered with my business, from which I took the hint...

They blocked another payment so I rang them again & they said it was the low credit limit. When I pointed out their advertising which claims "no credit limit" I was told that I could start over and re-apply for a new card and they might be able to arrange that! Very strange people.

So now they have stopped crediting reward points to my account despite being paid in full and on time each month.
