I have been looking at Intercontinental properties in the Caribbean for October and noticed they are substantially cheaper than usual. Reward rates for Intercontinental Cancun are 15000 a night, 20000 for Cozumel, 25000 for San Juan, 17500 for the Holiday Inn Montego Bay which is all inclusive (may not be available now) and all were even cheaper with points and cash.
