So the ruler of our world is a 15 and half year old Maltese. Our neighbour has cat as their ruler , it appears said feline ruler has discovered how much fun it is to tease a neighbour. I did comment to comment that is only fair as when we moved in we had Mog a very small ruler who terrorised the two dogs that did live there at the time lol
