What changes are these? and impacting JQ only I presume?

I made a post on the JQ forum but tl;dr Economy Max is gone now replaced with Flex Plus. Biggest change is that it earns into the lower tier for QF like Plus used to. Plus no longer earns, but Flex now earns.

So no more flex Y earn rates on QF for cheap.
