Do you get etihad guest miles and virgin status credits on the one flight

Hi there can someone please help
we will be flying business class Syd-LHR then CDG - AUH and then AUH - SIN over the course of a month all on business class with Etihad and I am a virgin Gold member so my question is when booking direct on Etihad as a guest do I receive guest miles and virgin status credits.
I need to maintain virgin status credits

Hi Vicki, make sure that your Velocity FF number is in the booking you will receive Velocity points and status credits to your Velocity account. Nothing to Etihad.

Note that though you can earn status credits to your Velocity account, you wont earn VA sector recognition as you are booking with Etihad direct.

And when you check in, tell the agent that you want your Velocity account to be credited and see if your VA status and membership number is printed on the boarding pass somewhere.

If you dont already, keep your boarding passes! Ive had a couple of battles with Velocity on crediting flights and points and needed to email them my boarding passes.
