I get Wisr updates every month, but it’s not super detailed like equifaxNAB pull your credit file via illion I believe. You don't get an Equifax enquiry, but a new account will end up listed within a month.
On topic: I have a complimentary subscription from a data breach, but I previously paid for Equifax and will continue to do so after. Wisr only updates once every 3 months from memory, and doesn't proactively send me alerts when there are new updates on my file.
I've also been offered one by Wise but have to use the code by 30/9/24 - I'm presuming if I try to register again and it checks my ID it will realise it is a duplicate

I was in a similar spot, except I was already paying and then received a voucher from a data breach which couldn't be applied to an existing account due to a technical limitation on Equifax's side.
I created a new Equifax account using the + trick on Gmail (my [email protected]) and had concurrent Equifax memberships for a short time.
