Does Jetstar Asia interline baggage?

Am travelling MEL-SIN-KUL on QF ticket next week.

I've noticed these old threads:

Has anything changed?

If MEL QF Check in refuses to do it, should I go to the transfer desk in SIN to see if they can divert the baggage or should I just collect the bag off the belt and do 3K check in?

If luggage is not checked through then go to transfer D in SIN. No need to collect luggage and check in again.

Reporting back, QF check-in just tagged luggage thru to KUL.

On another note, 3K staff at the gate made me check my carry-on (not oversized) on the premise of a full flight. I have never seen the overhead compartments so empty on a full flight...
