Booked into 24F in T class/PE on a BA rtw - am I really booked in Business as QF26 does not have PremEc? ;)

Yes and no...

If they have sold you a PremEc (Y+) ticket, they may place you into a business (J) seat (skybed), but it'll be Y+ service.
