Doha Arrivals Lounge

We are travelling business to Doha and then Economy onwards. We have a 4 hour transit, I was wondering can we access the airside arrivals business lounge without leaving and going through immgration and then going back to transit closer to our flight time?

Since we arent flying out in business, I believe we want have accessto the notm business loune...

I assume you are flying QR?

One can access the Al Safwa First lounge arriving on F and departing on a Y or J connection, so you might be able to access Al Mourjan business lounge on arrival too. No harm in trying - there are guardians checking BPs at the base of the escalator - they are used to bouncing people, so no shame if you don't succeed!!

But from this web page, there appears to be a Business arrival lounge airside - I've never used it however.
