Pretty sure gift cards have always been included. No idea about opal card top ups or tobacco.

Not my experience. They give the base flybuys points, but don't generally count toward any spend targets etc,

Correct about not counting towards targets, but they do count towards SCs (not sure about CM Gift Card)

Yes that's what I meant. Gift cards def don't count towards the bonus points spend targets, however oddly enough opal card top ups do!
