An interesting tidbit from QF's latest e-mail update, those flying on Christmas branded Dash-8 ("Dasher") or B737 Christmas branded aircraft may get double points on their flights these holidays. No other details/T&C's provided, but potentially a nice little bonus for some...

(Though I reckon the updated happy hour already posted about is of more interest to this group )

It's mind crushing enough having to listen to that trash on high rotation at work for an entire month.

The logic of giving double points but only when flying on certain tail numbers sounds pretty complex for Qantas IT. Wouldn't be surprised if you have to chase up these points

I laughed but it's true.

it's a fun little idea in terms of spreading essentially random "joy" (well if DP brings joy that is) for pax. I suspect the odds are far more skewed for the regional dashers of course - given the large number of 737's in service and only one of them apparently so adorned.

VH-QON (A Dash 8 Q400) has just emerged with some Christmas stickers so I suspect this promo might be about to make it's return.
