Double SC offer - question on existing bookings

Mr Pippy is doing a double SC trip for gold only a few days before his renewal date end of Jan. If his SC's post into his new year it will be a disaster.

in that case it would be quite reasonable to ring QFF and refer to the prior QANTAS email and get them backdated ????

The SC's have posted.............IN THIS YEAR NOT THE PRIOR YEAR!!!!!!!! WOO HOO I have got a head start to the re-qualifying SC's for WP in 2013.
My requalifying date is 31st decmber each year

That doesn't sound right Qantas is usually very good at this stuff. Are you sure there isn't a ~ next to those status credits? That ~ is used to mark flights that'll count in the previous year but posted in the current year.

Flew LAX-SYD on 29/12/12, points and SC posted on 2/1/13 and the DSC posted today (4/1/13). Next to the DSC there's a

which indicates that it's not counted in the current membership year (my membership year ends 31/12) but in the previous. Too bad it wasn't counted in the new year, it was 45SC that didn't do anything other than head towards LTS
