Double status point offer + partner airlines

Hi

So I am a DJ gold and have received the double points offer. I have a work trip coming up to China and am wondering if by flying to Beijing on SQ I will be able to receive the double status points?

If booked as a codeshare (i.e. has a VA flight number), yes.
Otherwise (if booked direct with SQ), I'm 90% sure the answer is no.
