Downgrading to gold unfortunately. Couldn't sleep, sick in the shower this morning and now tired as anything.

Hopefully I feel better soon, it's not a viral gastro as far as I can tel (and IAAD) so not worried about making you all sick if I turn up.

Will update soon, but if I don't make it then have an excellent evening :)

Sorry guys, I'm a scratching. Fevers, aches, lethargy. Methinks I have a flu.
 
I am determined to attend a Perth AFF event one day. This time I had to make an unscheduled trip to HPH yesterday morning; got home this afternoon but still a bit groggy.
