Dual citizenship and travelling on non AU passport

What about dual citizens with different names on different passports . Some countries have strict and particular naming rules .
For example in Australia your name may be
“Jordan Geoff Diplos “
but your other nationality does not recognize middle names and first name is also slightly different for example
“Giordano Diplos”
You have two valid passports for both your citizenships .
What can you do in this situation particularly if you are flying from Australia to the country of your other citizenship ? How do you book the flight ticket ? This will become a potential issue once ETIAS goes for many Australians with dual EU citizenship
