Whens the best time of day to book burj khalifah At the Top ?
For my 5 days there, sunset all booked out. Choices are morning, middle of the day or at night >10pm. I'm guessing something like midmorning would be good say 10am before it gets too hot ? During the day you get the views v at night ?
Thoughts ?

Cheers

Have you looked at a dawn tour?

Great idea, I can see they are only available on Fridays and Saturdays. I arrive at around 0450 on EK on the Friday morning so will probably do it the next day where there is plenty of availability. We would be pretty wrecked after flying 14 hours in Y lol.

Cheers for that.

Failing that mornings do seem quieter. We went up at about 10am and crowds were reasonable.

How far in advance should one book for the tour of this Dubai icon?.

If you want a dawn or sunset, a few weeks seems to be the go, especially if you are after 2 or more spots.

During the day, I believe you can walk up and get a spot within a few hours most days and certainly for the following day. That was my experience when I was there last year and was the advice I received from a friend who visited with their family earlier in the year.

We are headed to LHR and back on QF 1/2 later this year and as we're travelling with a 4 & 2 YO are going to take a stopover in Dubai. It will be the first time I leave the airport so know nothing about the city

Outbound we arrive DBX Friday morning at 00.20 and depart Saturday morning at 1.20. On the way back we arrive Sunday at 8.10 depart Monday at 9.55.

Looking for suggestions for accommodation that are not extravagant so we can book 2 interconnecting rooms, or an apartment, child friendly, nice pool, in a good spot for some activity - the beach perhaps?

And ideally on the outbound leg looking for somewhere that would let us check in at around 1 am for 24 hours and not charge for 2 nights accommodation.

I have plat status with IHG and Le Club Accor, Gold with SPG, HH and Club Carson. Not many points with any of them unfortunately.
