Earning Points Afterwards

Have just submitted one to Hospitality Inn Port Hedland (Best Western), will be interesting to see how long it takes to post...

I've done it a few times since I created this thread. All have taken just a few days.

Will be submitting a few more when I get home. It seems hotels just don't bother passing on QFF points very much (from my limited experience).

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

I agree that some hotels are very slack to credit QFF points but some are very good. I think it is more a reflection on the individual who runs the hotel.

I stayed at Best Western Blue Hills motel in Battery Point, Hobart during Ozfest V between 23-25 May and the QFF points were in my account on 30 May. No follow up required from me.

Time for a stupid question - relating to hotel stays booked through QF Holidays.......

Why? Especially if they offer no QF points for the booking itself - even if only a token amount to recognize that the stay was booked through QF.

I ask since most of the hotels I have found on QF holidays can be booked rather more cheaply through other sources on the internet. Now it would be useful if you wanted to keep the account active (eg my wife's) as you now credit to another FF program.

Just wondering................. or is that wandering.
