Does anyone have any experience earning Status Credits on domestic flights with JAL?
If I book a domestic F flight does this earn SC at the normal first class level? The reason I ask is on the partner airline class it is listed as:

F (Domestic)
Discount Economy Plus First Surcharge
F (Domestic)
Economy Plus First Surcharge

Does this mean I earn SC at either discount economy or economy rates, instead of F?

Thanks everyone, I didn't spot the earlier thread and excellent trip report. 8000 yen isn't that much to fork out especially for F status credits.

You will enjoy the JAL service in F..
I also got on went ITM-HND flight and return I got 251 points and 60 SC each one.
And yes for the extra Y8000 its worth it.
Fast flight HND to ITM was about 55mins on a B777. Once we were up the service started, just finished clearing when we were about to land. Try to go at a meal time eg: B L or D I went one way Dinner and bfast on way back.
The cabin crew welcomed you on broad, them the CSM came around also.
Do it for Y8000 its worth the experince!:)

Well no surprise the AFF consensus was correct. Got 60 sc but no cabin bonus (251 points) and a very nice flight experience.
