EBP failed verification?

I tried signing up with EBP with my NSW drivers license but got the following msg when i tried to login:

Your account failed verification checks
We were not able to verify the details provided for your account. Please contact us for additional support.

...

of course when i tried to click on the support button, it ask me to login again... i looked all over the site and there is no contact email

does anyone know how to reach them?

The contact page requires a login... and the login takes me to a dead page that ask me to contact them
