I realise that I haven't had an email from CM for a few months. Maybe they have given up on me, because I have given up on them. :)
Every time CM ring me I block the number on my phone. Doesn't seem to stop them for long.

Ask them to take you off their list - that seems to work (according to "the internets")

If I'm free, I answer just to see what funny speil they have this time.

One guy spent nearly 3 minutes explaining that they had a pack which was $x bottle, but they could take $20 off, so it'd be $y/bot, without ever syaing what anything was - quite amazing how he dragged that out. Said that it didn't matter if he took $100+ off - I'm not spending even $1 on anything unless i know what it is. Another guy said that they have a pack, with at least 3 of the bottles had a rating of at least 90 Halliday points - did I know what the Halliday rating was? Said I wouldn't be buying anything unless it had at least 95+ JH points, if that's what they were relying on.

Mostly I ignore their calls, but if I have some downtime, it's kinda amusing to hear their patter. There was one lady who actually did know what she was talking about - steered me to Tolpuddle etc. Except CMs offering in that bracket just aren't competitive.
