The eDreams office is in Barcelona.

The edreams.com.au domain registrant is Geo Travel Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 33 167 794 756), who appear to have an office in Sydney, but it's pretty unlikely that would be of use if you were having issues with edreams.com.au.

When checking the complaints the majority appear to be from people who want to make changes to original tickets. If your travel dates are fixed some of these deals could be quite good.

So far so good in any event. I'm not anticipating any issues with taking the flight but have fallback options if something happens to go wrong. And if there are no problems then I'd certainly use eDreams again for basic point-to-point.

To complete the report, by the time of the flight I'd forgotten that I had booked it through eDreams and might potentially experience issues. But there were no issues at Scoot manual check-in (didn't try OLCI) and although I got a middle seat at least it was exit row

For basic point-to-point I would use eDreams again if the price is right.

(Separately, I've also had a negative experience with Skyscanner-associated trip.com and would definitely avoid them in future. A topic for another thread.)
